Julianne was an absolute joy to work with. She was recommended to me by a mutual friend in Massachusetts and it was so helpful to have a contact in this area rather than just randomly picking someone. She drilled down through all the information and found every possible listing I might be interested in, set up all the appointments, even chauffered me at times when I didn’t have a car available. She filled me in on all the legalities and things I wasn’t familiar with moving here from Massachusetts where many things are handled differently in home sales. She gave me leads for tradesmen and repair work (again not knowing anyone in the area). Whether it was intended or not, it was concierge service.
